Week 2 of Healthy Diet Lifestyle “Always Eat After 7pm”

by | Jun 2, 2020

Last week I started a new healthy diet to get back in shape and just create a healthier lifestyle for me and my family. In the current times that we are living in now, a lot is uncertain. However, I don’t want my weight and health to be one of them.

By adapting a healthier lifestyle and dieting to achieve my personal weight loss goals, I know I will become happier.

During this current quarantine while stuck in the house, my entire family has succumbed to snack binges and craving junk food. We could tell that we were falling into a deep hole if we don’t get started now.

Although we have been social distancing and haven’t seen anyone in-person for awhile now, what is most important to me is how I see myself in the mirror.

Therefore, there’s no better time than now to get started.

This post is brought to you by our sponsor, Always Eat After 7PM. All opinions expressed are my own.

Debunking Diet Myths

What I love about this specific diet is that based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths.

It offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.

We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal.

Late at night is the time when my husband and I are finally alone after a crazy day with the kids and we tend to indulge in not the healthiest food and drinks.

“Late-night eating also curbs calorie intake the next day. In a four-week study, dieters added a snack to their daily regimen 90 minutes after dinner every night, and check this out: late-night eaters ate an average of 397 fewer calories per day.”

Joel Marion’s Always Eat After 7PM program makes dieting easy and eliminates 90% of the reasons for resistance. In Joel’s interview, he says that the biggest difference between this diet and others is that you don’t have to deprive yourself of your favorite foods. You don’t have to deal with the burden of eating every few hours. And you don’t have to skip the carbs at dinnertime or avoid eating before bed.

There’s really nothing you can’t do with this diet if you put your mind to it.
