This post is sponsored by CoComelon, however all thoughts and opinions are my own.
CoComelon has been a staple in our home for the past 5 years as all 3 of my kids have grown upon its songs and stories.
The songs and characters are so engaging, not just for young babies and toddlers, but even my 5-year-old loves it!
My 20-month-old son is in the thick of his CoComelon obsession and lights up every time he hears the intro. He doesn’t have much of a vocabulary yet, and while still stumbling over his first words, I recently heard him say Boo Boo!
Soon after mama, dada and uh-oh, came boo boo! Wouldn’t you know that he just started playing with his Boo Boo JJ Plush?
This was such a big moment for him because he is just beginning to speak. Hearing him use a new vocabulary word all on his own, without being prompted, was such a special moment as a parent.
CoComelon really helps to celebrate the big little moments in our toddler’s life, such as brushing their teeth, first steps and first days of school.
The scenarios depicted in the CoComelon series are all universally relatable and show positive role modeling . My kids love watching these characters navigate their everyday lives in the same ways that they do, by going to school, getting ready for bed or going to a birthday party.
The songs become so catchy and familiar, using rhyme, repetition and fun, that I find myself singing them even when my kids are not around!
Now with CoComelon toys, our kids can really feel like they’re in the show, using the same songs, characters and language.
With the Cocomelon Boo Boo JJ Doll, JJ shows you where he’s hurt by lighting up a spot on his head, elbow, knee, or foot. Once your child has spotted where the boo boo is, he can make JJ feel all better by placing a bandage on it.
When JJ starts to cry, use the included velcro bandages to cover up the lit-up area. Then, JJ will giggle and say “Yay! My boo boo’s gone!” Dylan’s favorite part is at the end when JJ sings ‘The Boo Boo Song’and will continue to squeeze his belly until he does so!
My older son Brayden who just turned 4, loves all types of transportation, so the CoComelon Transforming Fire Truck is one of his go-to toys. He’s been watching CoComelon for years now and he was so excited to have JJ and Nina in his own home!
The firetruck has working engine lights, sounds, and a swivel extension ladder. He plays with JJ, Nina, and of course, the fire dog Puddles.
Brayden has been learning about first responders and community helpers in pre-k this year. Letting him play and interact with a fire truck while humming along to the Jobs & Careers Song is so cute to see.
If your children love CoComelon as much as mine do, you’ll want to grab these new brand toys. They’ll be so excited to sing and dance along with their favorite characters while always learning everyday life lessons.
