Halloween is quickly approaching so it’s time to plan your family Halloween costumes! If you’re a Disney lover or your children are obsessed with a certain Disney princess or character, what better way to brighten a day than to dress up as a favorite Disney movie?
If you’re like me, you’ve probably waited until the last minute to decide on costumes. Typically I put it off for awhile and always say, I’m not going to put that much effort into it this year. Then, as it gets closer, I realize that I have to be a better mom and we need a family costume!
I put together a bunch of inspiration photos to help you get ideas for your Disney family costumes too.
All of these parents below have done an amazing job to pull off these family Halloween costumes! They’ve even had their kids be so well-behaved to get a great photo out of it which is half the challenge!
I hope you can find an idea or some inspiration here. Have fun dressing up in Disney apparel with your little ones!

This was a simple family costume I made when my kids were small. It was nice when the kids didn’t have opinions on what they wanted to wear and we could dress as a family together! I used a simple red and white polka dot skirt and my husband just worse red athletic shorts so this was a very simple DIY costume. The kids had adorable toddler Minnie and Mickey costumes.
